Day 20 -21 April 17-18th

Return to Previous Days

April 17th and 18th

What can you say about Monday and Tuesday.  Normally these are boring old days back in Washington.  I get up, I eat, I burp, I poop and I sleep, I get up, I eat, I burp, I poop and I sleep.   Daddy would add in a step after I get up where I tell everyone I am awake.  Mommy says it is O.K. to announce my presence.

Monday daddy went golfing with Uncle Paul while the rest of us were stuck at the house.  We went to the park where Mason got to play on all the cool stuff while I was stuck in my special place.    Daddy came home saying that he only hit one house, but he hit it so hard that his ball shot right back into the middle of the fairway.

Tuesday we got up and took the motorhome to the shop to get the front end fixed.  They had it for 6 hours and charged daddy $300 to tell him it would cost over $3000 to get it fixed.  Daddy told them to forget it.  They put a nut on that was missing and we decided to "go for it".  Daddy says it already drives better.  They also offered to fix the air conditioning unit on the motor for only $2200, daddy once again told them to forget it.  Though we may have to replace a tire or two and run the generator to get A/C it definitely seems wiser than wasting $5000.

After that Big brother Mason got to go with daddy to take uncle Paul to the airport.  Daddy says Mason didn't stop talking the whole car ride.  Mostly about monster trucks, especially his new one "Bulldozer" and chocolate milk.  Daddy said he asked for chocolate milk every other exit all the way to the airport.

When he got home he got to go for a golf cart ride to see bunnies and jackrabbits.  He also got to see a coyote.  Daddy told him he couldn't play with him.  He also discovered that the bunnies don't really like to play with him either.
